Online Roundtable: Intergenerational Citizenship and Digital Media

Online Roundtable: Intergenerational Citizenship and Digital Media

Next Friday, February 28, the STORYline research project will host an online roundtable on Intergenerational Citizenship: Views on the Collective Construction of Citizenship. The event will explore how intergenerational relationships and digital media shape youth citizenship narratives through adult influence in Portugal.

Invited speakers Julian McDougall (Bournemouth University) and Mireia Fernández-Ardèvol (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya) will share insights from their research. STORYline examines how adults influence youth perspectives and the role of digital media in citizenship narratives, focusing on Portugal’s migration, ageing population, and digital divides.

The roundtable will be held via Zoom, and registration is required. You can register here.
