Event: Digital Democracy and Data Commons (#DDDC) final act

On Monday, April 1 at the Escola Massana (Plaça de la Gardunya, 9 Barcelona, 08001 Barcelona) and starting at 06:00 PM, the pilot participatory project Digital Democracy and Data Commons closes after a 6-month period of activity. #DDDC has been meant to test new technology to improve the digital democracy platform Decidim, and to collectively imagine the futures of data politics. This pilot project is part of the DECODE project (Decentralized Citizen Owned Data Ecosystem), a European project in which CNSC members participate, that aims to build technological, legal, and socioeconomic tools for the citizenry to take control over their data and generate collective benefits in this vein.

CNSC researcher, Antonio Calleja-López, will take part in this event by reading a manifesto for data sovereignty and commons as a concluding remark of this pilot.

Register to the event in the links section as there is limited space.
