CNSC postdoctoral researcher, Andrea Rosales, will participate in a new event of the COST Action IS1402 on Ageism entitled “Towards a world for all ages.” The event brings the network together to share interdisciplinary knowledge on ageism through a series of short TED-Talks-like presentations. In her presentation, Andrea will talk about the inherent (and often unnoticed) ageism in intelligent algorithms used in everyday technologies. The event will take place on Friday, June 29 in the city of Bratislava (Slovakia) and it is hosted by the Institute of Ethnology of the Slovak Academy of Sciences.
