The Communication Networks & Social Change-CNSC group at IN3 (UOC) invites potential applicants to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) proposals to participate in the MSC Postdoctoral Fellowships scheme (funded by the European Commission). The scheme allows experienced Ph.D. researchers to lead a research project with their own research agenda and professional development goals. The funding includes an attractive stipend and family and research allowances for up to 2 years.

The CNSC group welcomes proposals that fall into any of the following research areas: Digital Communication and Ageing, Population Health, Population Ageing, and Datafication challenges. You can find information on our team and research areas here: https://communicationchange.net/en/research/

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

– Be experienced researchers (means having 4 or more years since the degree that permits doctoral studies)

Have obtained a Ph.D. no more than 8 years ago at the time of the deadline (exclusions apply)

Mobility rule: not have spent more than 12 months in Spain in the 3 years preceding the deadline.

The EOI includes a 3-page summary of your proposal (following the structure of the call) and your short CV. The proposal should contain an outline of the research, implementation and dissemination plans and professional development goals. We will consider proposals on a rolling basis until July 5th 2021. Please send the EOI to cnsc@uoc.edu. MSC fellowship scheme deadline is October 12, 2021.
