Recent Ph.D. graduate, Sarah Wagner, of the IN3’s Communication Networks and Social Change (CNSC) Research Group has been awarded a postdoctoral fellowship from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS). Sarah will be based at Nagoya University for one year to conduct comparative, collaborative research on the (digital) communicative spaces of long-term care in Japan and Canada. This research line builds on theoretical concepts developed in her doctoral thesis on the decolonization of mobile media, defended January 28, 2020.
