Answer to the questionnaire #PesquisaJornadasDeJunho

A research on Brazil and its political mobilizations from 2013 to 2016

The goal of #PesquisaJornadasDeJunho is to gather opinions and perceptions from people who have lived the political movements that have unfolded in the main cities in Brazil, since 2013. This field work will support us to better understand how these movements emerge as well as their features, relationships and impacts. This research follows the path of two previously applied questionnaires, about the mobilizations in the United States and in Spain, which were also conducted by researchers from inside the movements.

The questionnaire asks questions about citizens participation, the usage of technologies of communication and the role of emotions. The research kickoff is a transmedia effort on e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp and Telegram, to let people know that the questionnaire is on air and to invite them to participate. We aim at reaching as many people as we can whether they took action in the Journeys of June of 2013 or not, and also those who participated in the national campaign to oust the President Dilma Rousseff, in 2015 and 2016.

This research is an initiative by the group CN&SC, as part of the project Networks, Movements & Technopolitics, at the Balzan project. To reply the questionnaire, click here (in Portuguese). It will be active until March 9 March 21, 2017.
